Meat spots

I have a 10 month old golden buff and she lays an egg a day but every single one has meat/blood spots in them. Is there something that causes that or something I can do different?

Some birds are just prone to having meat spots in their eggs. My buff rock has the same issue, about 95% of her eggs has spots in them. If you can tell which ones are her eggs you can put them aside so you don't accidentally sell them/give them to friends/hard boil them, if the meat spots bother you.

At her age she just started laying, it will probably taper off. I have one that laid eggs with "meat" spots but it's not happening as often now, they've been laying about 5 months now.

Can happen at any age, can be sporadic or frequent...same goes for blood spots.
