Meat truck

I ended up with a rescued meat truck chicken. It's been free ranging with our chicken for several weeks now with no problems but the past couple days she has been wheezing and panting. I don't see my other chickens doing that but ita also very hot and humid here as well and this one is new to it. I don't know if this is a heat issue or a "meat bird" issue. Please help.

Does the chicken have easy access to water and shade?
