si far i just have basics :
vasaline
oil for foos and digestion
acv for water
nutri drops
usual first aid for humans ie plasters, pads, tape .....

there are a lotof chicken products you can buy and im hoping someone here will be able to say what they are!!!

Bag Balm
big bottle of Betadine or peroxide
Vet Rx and Rescue remedy- useless in my opinion, but I keep them
NutriDrench/Poly-Vi-Sol
Pen G and syringes
Vet wrap, bandages, Telfa, Gauze sponges, steri-strips, Tegaderm
super glue, styptic gel, #3 suturing kit
well-honed hatchet

These are the main stays of the poultry medical kit. I have other stuff available to use as needed, but these are specifically for the birds. I hope it helps.

The only things I buy for treating chickens are BluKote, Sevin and a wormer. I don't buy the wormer til I need it to avoid so much waste. I always have things like Neosporin and Betadine for me; easy enough to steal a little for them. There's a product for horses that keeps flies off a wound that I may have to hunt down one day -- I forget the name, something like Scat. You can use regular old Neosporin in eyes, by the say.
 
What about aspirin, yogurt, buttermilk? And is Pen G a good general antibiotic (works on about anything or is there another kind I should keep on hand? I live in kind of far away from the farm stores and I'd like to be prepared for just about anything, especially this winter.
