medicine math strength and dosage help please

IF a duck needs this medicine and
IF I give this
mixed in water,( instead of mixed in food)
the
Label says
Mix 1g per 20ml water, shake well,
dose 1ml of mixture per 100g of body weight 2x day

duck weighs 3.5 lb : 1587grams
thats 15.87 ml of mixture twice a day ?

thats a lot of liquid to syringe
I guess I could use a tube feeding kit ,
but,
what if I just made the mixture
stronger so I could give her less of it?

since she drinks water all day long anyway?

any thoughts?
