A cockerel, who has had his testes removed so he becomes nice and fat like a hen. It is done so he is table ready

No, dwarf as in her legs seem truncated, but maybe it's just an odd angle.

My gentleman..he didnt fully develop that comb and big waddles till a year..however his son half leghorn is only five months and his waddles are huge..

Look at these feets. Scaly Leg Mites?
Also, spurs. Pretty good size for a hen, and way to big for a pullet.

I do believe it is a female RIR with a hormone imbalance. I wouldn’t be shocked if she crows. Definitely 3+ years old, but eggs aren’t out of the question.

That's a RIR cockerel.

I thought it was a rooster but had no clue as to the breed.
