I'm thinking of light, coronation, and speckled sussexes for the next trio of pulletsI definitely have a thing for the dark colored chicks. Clover has already caught my eye.
I may even do a hatch if one of the hens goes broody. But all that's a couple of years off yet and who knows what might happen between now and then.
That crazy! That's brave. In my coop they would pay for that bravery. Your hens are much nicer than mine.
They seem to be pretty tolerant of these three... maybe they are getting used to new ones joining the flock. Hopefully so, for the sake of Marcia, Jan, and Cindy
I really wish my little ones would try getting closer but they are still sleeping up on the top of the window above the Princesses.
