I agree you can try to get it that he can't wave ect at your boys, but they can't really do anything else or he could sue them for discrimination. I know its stupid but true. Also here in NC they can't move near a school, but if they already lived near the school or a family member does and they move in with them there is nothing they can do either. Go figure. I guess they have just as many rights as we do, I am glad we can find out where they live at least. But does nothing for the ones that haven't been caught yet.

Do you have a bus stop near by? In pretty much all states they cannot live within a certain distance of houses of worship, bus stops, schools, playgrounds, daycare. Is there anyone close that does in home day care. If you dont mind posting you city , county state we can help find legal loop holes.Id love to help. I have succsessfully gotten a sexoffender deported to mexico. He was about to get out , gave a adress right across my kids old school. I noticed it and went to the cops. The guy was picked up from prison and sent right back. From this apartment he would have seen my DD walk from the classroom to tutoring on schoolgrounds by herself. Only a seperated by high fence and a open gate.
Plaster the mailboxes and area with his mugshot and let people know .

He can live by children..and thats scary!...but some states DO have laws that say they cant live within 500 Ft of a school or playground...

i know!..in my town..they can...EVEN the level 2's and 3's...i know of offenders that live right next door to peoples children....BUT..i do have to say...they are NOT all going to re-offend...SOME actually do feel remorse and wont do it again......BUT when one is so nervy to be waving at children...that he dosent even know....it is a big warning!...its the beginning of what is called "grooming"....its how they get victims...AND some people could be saying...well...gee..maybe he is just being friendly.....ummmm..NO!..because he has been in extensive therapy(which is usually a BIG joke)...and he KNOWS what is allowed and acceptable and what is not....and this guy is CHOOSING to do what he KNOWS is not allowed....so....thats a big warning there...

Makes you feel sick inside......in the very very small rurual village down the lane(s) from me, there is a sex offender, living right across the road from the local village school...why did the system opt him there...to help him with his rehabilitation!! I often wonder if the people in authority would put a sex offender next to their own childrens school.......anyway we all know who he is, he is aware that we all know and one foot wrong.....and he will be lynched from the highest oak tree.....he knows this.

This is not the first time the village has had to endure these abominable evil objects of satan.......apparently our village has endured over 7 of them in the past 20 years.....apparently rural villages help in their rehab...less temptation because fewer children...work that one out...I can't understand it.

They are a blight on the world.........and should be eradicated......

Or put in a room of mother's and let "nature" take its course.....
