I looked at your previous thread, and pictures, and I think your bumblefoot is too advanced for the soak to work. I have used tricide neo and it was better at helping small,shallow lesions.
I do think you need to remove all that from the foot. This is the method I always use first, it does not require cutting:

You may have to soak more, and do a lot of manipulation and squeezing. Alternately, if soaking is an issue then I will apply decolorized iodine (not the same as betadine-in the US any first aid section will have it) to the lesion and wrap it overnight, that usually softens it up well also.
It is really important to remove all the gunk from inside or the lesion will just regenerate again. Your bird also has swelling on the top of the foot, so that indicates it's pretty deep.
This link will take you to another thread where I posted about using sugardine to treat bumblefoot. All you need is plain white sugar and betadine, and materials to wrap the foot (I use duoderm bandages, amazon has them-you can cut to size, and co wrap).
