Members not getting email subscription notifications - please read and reply with details

8-31-13 was the last day I received mail from BYC. Windows XP, Roadrunner - Time Warner. Settings on BYC seem to be the same as always.

Same for me as Haunted55-I Checked with Time Warner They swear that everything fine-I DONT BELIEVE THEM-I"m going to call them agn today see if I can talk to someone who will listen-

Hey ab,
Make sure to check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. Sometimes the Internet Service Providers get a little carried away when classifying email as Junk and Spam. If you find them in there, move them to your Inbox and see if your email service gives you the option to mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk". Another way to do it is every time you get something from BYC, make sure to add the sender to your contacts, or address book.

I agree abChicken....last time this happened I called them and all of a sudden, I'm getting the emails again. Funny thing , that. By the way, love your tag line!

I just got off the phone with TWC and I have a couple of email addys to offer.

I was told to send an email to these two addresses and let them know what is going on. Haven't done it yet, but will before I get off. Will it help? Oh who knows! We're talking about TWC here, lol. I would also let them know about the password change and what has happened. Not cool! This is from the national help desk so it's for all TWC customers so you might give it a try. Hope it helps...I know just how you feel and I'd want them to fix it now.

The plot thickens, lol....I sent the emails out and because TWC is having issues, these addys won't work right now. Gee and here I thought I was actually given a way to get this fixed, lol. Anyways, these addys are correct when TWC is working correctly, so you might want to save them to use in the future. Then again...if they are having issues again, you too will get a bounced email back with the message of there being a permanent error. One thing...we TWC customers will be entitled to a rebate of lost service time. So once this is fixed, call and talk to customer service and give them the dates you didn't receive your emails.

Wonder how far they think they can go??I'm looking for the info I had when I set up windows mail In 2008, soo I may never find it. Well I'm gona go mow some weeds come back later, c what I can do

It looks like roadrunner has been bouncing your emails back to us and we're not sure why. We'll attempt to send them again, but it really is up to them to whitelist our domain and IP address and let the emails go through.
