Members not getting email subscription notifications - please read and reply with details

I just checked and the the system is reporting "User reported our email as spam". Did you maybe check a BYC email as spam when deleting all the other spam?

We'll try to push emails through again, but make sure you've added the BYC email address to your whitelist and address list, etc. Maybe also try searching for any emails reported as SPAM that are from [email protected] and see if you can unspam them.
Thanks!! Nothing was showing up in my spam box either, but as of this post I am getting my notifications again, so YAY!! Probably my e-mail glitched when I sent the other's to spam, but I'm glad to get my notifications again, so thanks for taking the time to help me!
 
OL..yes I know...notified me that they are investigating but there is no time line for a resolution. I've done all the same things that @AmyLynn2374 did. Still nothing from BYC. Not the end of the world but yet a frustrating situation that's apparently unsolvable. Hurry up and wait on AOL I suppose.
 
Hi. I was receiving all of my email notifications until about a week or so ago. And then they just all stopped. I checked and did steps 1-5. Any help, please?

Hey @RubyNala97 : We checked and we're getting the report from AOL "Email on bounce list". That means that AOL is rejecting our emails back to us that we're sending to you and there isn't anything we can do on our side to force them through. The options are to either have you contact them and have them whitelist BYC, or change to a different email provider.

Unfortunately the emails being sent to your AOL account are being rejected and "bounced" back to our server. There's unfortunately nothing we can do about this to force AOL to accept our emails to you.

Either have them "whitelist" BYC, or change email providers.

I realize it not a BYC issue. It's the same AOL issue that we had before. They continue to say that they are "investigating" the issue with no time line for a resolution. Last time I started receiving emails again out of the blue. Hopefully they will magically return again. Thanks so much for all you do.
