I am in Memphis, and we will hopefully be moving to Atoka to have actual acreage, barn, etc. I want some meat birds (turkeys, chickens, ducks), and need a processor. Would it be possible to get the information for the processor in the area? I don't want to get them if I can't get them processed. I also need to know if there are any poultry sales that occur monthly. Googling has only limited results. Thank you!!!
