Sad news on Amara. 48 hours of IV fluids did not bring her kidney values down (in fact her creatinine went up). She is eating well again though, so we brought her home for hospice care. We'll spoil her for as long as she's feeling well and when she is no longer acting like herself or stops eating we'll say goodbye.

Above picture is my favorite habit of hers. She'll sit on my lap purring up a storm and look back at me. If that's not enough to get me to pet her, she headbutts my arm with the top of her head to get my attention

Sorry to hear this, I've been through this with a couple of my kitties over the years lots of love and fav foods
