In memory of Lincoln, 2014-2026

Lincoln, our big purry boy, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on Feb 2 after a brief illness.

Lincoln, aka Linc, aka The Lincolnator, was not a lap cat and didn't like being held. He preferred pass-by attention, "I'll walk past you several times and you see how much of my head and back you can scratch". Sometimes you'd be blessed when he would flop down and offer his tummy for a quick scratch.
But mostly, he was always there, and just saying his name or a quick head scritch would turn on the rumbly purrs. And those purrs could fill the room!

He was the sweetest natured cat, never raised a paw against anyone. As one of the shyest cats I've ever had, he was rarely seen by visitors but the few that met him were charmed by his sweet personality.

Linc, RIP big purry boy, you've left a huge hole in our hearts. 💔
I'm so sorry for your loss, he was a gorgeous guy.

She showed up one morning with a wound on her face. It's healed except for a scab. She's friendly, but only allows occasional petting.

I have plans to trap him, take him to the vet for neutering. He's been living under my shed for weeks, so I doubt he has a home nearby. He's talkative.
Alice's portrait is stunning! I LOVE the rain-spatter effect!
