If you roof your Woods house like the one shown in post #14, it will be fine. Blackjack or tar paper will work. The key feature in that is the wood strips that provide breathing space between the metal roofing and what lies beneath it.
BTW, on a Woods house (and only a Woods house) I would not worry at all about condensation under the front part.....what I refer to as the scratch shed. You may get snow, rain or whatever blowing in for a foot or so, so a bit of extra condensation from above won't matter there. It's what happens above the birds on the roost.....in the back part......that matters.
