Metzer send a "shipped" email?

When you order from Metzer, do they send an email saying your order has shipped? Yesterday was supposed to be my shipping date, but I dodn't get any email notification or anything.... Just wondering.

No, I always call and confirm shipment myself. Love their birds and customer service. I've alway been satifsfied with them.

I did send them an email yesterday. Never heard back, but they did arrive this morning!!

I need to vent about my postmaster. She apparently has a "phobia" of birds and called me leaving me borderline rude messages saying I need to come get them now. "The box says you must pick up IMMEDIATLY"

You should have seen her hand me the box. You would have thought it was a freakin bomb!
