Are they all supposed to be EE's?
If I don't get a rooster this year out of the batch I got from Cackle to use for hatching next year, I think I will order from Meyer. Did you order over the phone and how long did it take from the time you ordered and received them?Oh no no. They said they would guarantee at least five different breeds. Altho there could be different colors of the same breed that they would consider as part of that five.

Really, that quick!? You must of been a lucky one. Every other hatchery I ordered from takes about 2 months! Which month did you place your order though? Was it in February when it's really busy?I ordered online. Toke a few minutes to go through the process but it was easy. If I can recall correctly it had taken one week. I believe I ordered on a Monday or Tuesday and I had my order by the following Wednesday morning.

Yea
Quote: Yea, but this year it took just a little over a month so it wasn't as bad as before.
Same here, but when I ordered that was the soonest, but I don't want them when it is too cold out though.Well I'm glad I know that now. Also when I ordered they gave me the option as to when I wanted them shipped, so naturally wanting new chicks I choose soon as possible.![]()
