MG treated with Tylan---very concered about swollen eye

kathy where do i cut? i made a small incision toward the back of the head, behind the eye....not very deep or big. nothing came but blood oh it hurt her! the etire area is hard. hard firm huge mass. im just not sure where to start

All this was easier said then done. I feel awful and the lancing did not work. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The chicken is weak. I cleaned the wound and put some Tylan in there. I am so upset

We made the smiley face shaped cut. Pretty deep. A lot of blood. Squeezed and squeezed and squeezed. Pushed and pushed. Nothing. This squeezing and pushing hurt her much worse then the actual cut. I'm at a loss folks.

Were you able to locate any pus?

NO. Nothing like that happened. And the other link was not very helpful because it's just screen shots. I have no idea how they put pressure on it to get out whatever is in there. Also I do not think it is pus or a cyst or anything. I think it's extremely swollen tissues. We squeezed---and pushed----hard. Nothing except screams from Camilla. I am leaving it alone. I got powdered golden seal and picked the wound with it which I have done for my dog and myself on multiple occasions of pretty bad puncture wounds and that worked well. So now either she lives or dies. I cannot take her to the vet so it is what it is. But yesterday was traumatizing for me. Not sure how the chicken feels. Probably was not a fun time
