Michigan Chickenstock 2010 updated 3/13

My daughter LOVES to do the Limbo..heh heh heh..um, don't let her win if its a chick prize...
hard enough for me to control my own self.."just say no.." "just say no"..."just say no"....

Hey, mom2 - speaking of limbo, I'll bring the set, but my DH, who ran the limbo game last year, isn't going to be coming this year. Is someone else willing to run the game?

Also - I don't have kids, and rarely go to parties or get-togethers where there are lots of them, so if someone else who does would like the limbo set, please let me know!

Wynette,

I would love the set- gives my teen and pre-teen something to do. I don't mind helping run the limbo game as long as someone is willing to help- so that my kids cant say Im unfair when they fall on their butts..lol.

My fourteen year old is a great big help so if anyone needs her help with anything- she is fantastic with kids and babies and really a great little helper- feel free to use her tomorrow. Her name is Tiffany.
Cant say the same for my twelve year old. She can be a helper also, but she is not as willing as my fourteen year old.

Kim

Kim - the set is yours, then! Glad you can use it!!

Hope just asked me "what are the little kids going to put their eggs in during the egghunt"? Their pockets? If you read this before leaving you might want to bring something.

Chickenstock has come and gone and I think that in spite of the humidity it turned out to be a real enjoyable day. I know I enjoyed meeting all of you.

What a fantastic day.
First time in my life to hold a chicken, and I think a little white cochin formed a bond with me.

Great food and wonderful people.
Everyone was helpful, patient and willing to share their experience and knowledge.
If anyone was cranky over the humidity, I didnt see it.
