Michigan Chickenstock 2019 (MICS19) Pot Luck & Swap Thread

hi guys for quick reference here is what has been posted so far for food:

Chips and Guac
chocolate cake
HD buns
pre-cooked Hot dogs
pasta Salad
baked beans
beverages
cup cakes
pulled pork
cowboy caviar
salad bar

We will also bring the mustard/ketchup/relish for Hot Dogs. Also bring some plates/paper towels/Clorox wipes/sanitizer :)
We also have some chicken related items for raffle table.
Not sure how many birds, but started Delaware pullets for sure. We still have not gotten our Sandhill order yet :(

We'll bring a salad bar like usual. I'll have the raffle tickets, old sign-in book, and the other junk handed off to me a few years ago. Don't forget to bring a raffle item. If you bring one item you can get a ticket for one item. And I'll have the collection jar for donations...The lady that reserves this for us every year pays upfront. This way we can hopefully offset her payout. I'll have a few Flemish Giant Bunnies. Maybe only one since only one person is interested. Maybe a few bottles of maple syrup. If someone is grilling maybe bring some charcoal and fluid? I've contacted a few of the old folks that come. I'll remind them today also. That's all folks.
Yes I messaged you back sorry haven’t been on internet lately ran out of data (living out in the sticks lol) got unlimited now tho so good now lol...I want the light grey female!! Can’t wait pretty excited about my first chickenstock!!!

I think I'm bringing gluten free pasta salad & a small GF cake.
Bringing a bunch of empty feed bags in case anyone wants them for crafting.
I may bring a 2 y.o. BO hen I need to rehome because we are only supposed to have 6 hens in village limits and we have 7
Looking fw to tomorrow!!!:wee

Rain in the forecast for the afternoon again; who knows?
I'm bringing chocolate cake and hot dog buns. Anything else?
Chicks; standard brown Leghorn pullets, hatched mid April.
Speckled Sussex pullets, Buckeye pullets, and maybe white Chantecler cockerels, all hatched April 8th and vaccinated against Marek's disease.
Belgian d'Uccle chicks, and bantam Easter Egger/ d'Uccle mixes, all hatched April 19th.
Looking forward to seeing you all!
Mary
