Hey I'm camping with you too. I think Mike and Tom just need to take that weekend off and camp too.
Mike needs to experience the fun all of us chicken people all together can have. Tom did at the Lansing Chickenstock and he admitted he had fun and that we are all crazy people!!

Oh Mike knows we are all crazy!! No doubt in his mind, he is married to one of them!!

Oh, and then whenever you come over, he gets to see 2 of us together, and it only gets worse in packs he says!!

We went to FowlFest a few years ago, and it was fun! (another long drive tho)
I am thinking about coming this year, mainly to see the Chanteclers that are shown. If we do, it would be Saturday.

Saturdays are easiest for me, too.

I won't be camping, I, too, am only about 45 mins. away. Plus, having a farm with lots of critters, it's just SO hard to find someone to sit for us, so a day trip makes more sense for me.

I've been to FowlFest a few times...it's fun!

I wonder if shelleyb1969 is showing any of her Chateclers?? They sure are purty, and out of EXCELLENT stock I understand!

If he is home that weekend, we could do that! He is supposed to leave Sept 14 for 5 wks, but I am hoping he can come home the weekend of Fowl fest. Its hard when he is gone.

Ms. Wy...I don't show ANYTHING. I leave that up to the 4H kids and whoever else gets my stock. I used to show my gaited horses, but since a chicken only has one gait, I'm afraid I wouldn't do very well.

As for the Chantys...I've got a bunch hatching as we speak!
