Michigan Hatchers! What'cha got cookin?

I have 24 silkie eggs in the incubator right now. I got 2 orders of 12 from different breeders. One gave me 7 white, 2 blue, 1 black, 1 buff, and 1 paint. One of the blue eggs I noticed had a hairline crack before I set it so I patched it the best I could and am keeping an eye on it. The other seller has paint, buff, partridge, and black. They didn't specify which eggs are what so it will be a surprise. they were set on Saturday and today.

I ended up with 5 chicks. All running around and doing great. I feel lucky to have the five. Stupid me had them shipped in the freezing cold and I'm a first time hatcher so the odds weren't to good. Lol. Now I'm hooked and planning the next hatch. Cochins for mr.fancy pants, he needs some girls. And of course more silkies and hopefully some showgirls. Will wait a little bit to do the next one. At least a couple weeks.

No issue here....as I sit at work with no heat.... Good to see them.

I've got 6 hatched so far and at least 4 more pipped. I'll get pics soon!
I've got lots of mixes, Orps and Tolbunt Polish hatching eggs if anyone wants some.
