Michigan Hatchers! What'cha got cookin?

Pics
Whheeeee... got two more pips!! But one is way low, like mid line, good thing I cut the cartons down low....I hope that one makes it out ok.

Well I pulled it out of the carton, very quickly...humidity was back up to 70 within 5 minutes.
Good thing I think, part of pip was below the top edge of carton. I see breathing movements, but no beak.

Wonder how late I'm going to stay up and hover? lol

Just put mine in lockdown a day early - I *think* I see teeny little dark spots in the air cells of four of the eggs, so I am hoping they are starting to pip and it's not something I missed.

Dang, this is worse that waiting to go into labor! Or waiting for my daughter to go into labor!!!

2nd pip hatched early this morning.

Side pipper, I see a beak and breathing but no zipping yet....watching that one closely not sure it can turn to zip and might have to help, don't worry I'll be patient.

...and...got 3 more chips(shell cracked but membrane not breached yet) and 1 is a green egg!!

So we're underway and the single chick issue is resolved!!

Here's #1 lying on #2...it's like a rugby match in there!

Thanks Matt....relieved and ready for a busy day of hovering/tamping anxiety...a pro of being unemployed, I can watch all day!
My #7 made it through the night...and is very active.....however, when cleaning the bator out a bit this morning....I found another pip...with a faint peep, peep coming from it...so I closed things back up quick. Im glad Im at work today otherwise I would be glued to the bator all day. lol
