Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

I do make bags... But I was not in attendance last year, so it wasn't one of mine. @ladyrsanti or @RaZ
They were definitely there as my wife has had me saving the "pretty ones" so that she can try and make them. Many people that go to CS don't stay in touch on BYC. Maybe go back to the swap/selll thread for CS14 and see if you can track down the person. Or, you could go to my photo albums for CS 13 & CS 14 on Flickr located in my account: uchytil 59, and then scan the photos to see if I had the table on there? I'll ask someone I know that used to be a regular here.

For CS15, Anyone interested in having someone speak on NPIP testing/certification. MSU level info. Maybe the good doctor that spoke last year could do that - @Wynette Do you think you'll be wanting to handle this again?

I'm passing this on for a few people that have asked...

I'm interested in that topic.

I was trying to take some more photos of the Girls with Miss Belle today while they were out having some free range time. Didn't get any shot at all with both her and any of the girls in it. Stinking Brat!! Either she or they would jump off of the straw bale as I was taking the picture. Oh well.

What a cute dog. I currently have an Australian Cattle Dog - Blue Heeler (edit yes it's a girl, the program won't let me write the correct terminology, lol). I'm looking at (really wanting pretty bad) an Australian Shepard. I had a line on some pups but the tails were docked already. I'm not into that sort of thing.

Who made the reuseable bags last year from CS? I can't attend this year, but I've gotten so many compliments on that bag that I have to buy more!

If you're talking about bags made from pet food bags, including feed bags, my vet clinic in Hastings, MI has them as a fundraiser for the local animal shelter in Hastings. Green Street vet sells them for $5 a bag. There is a lady who makes them. I often donate my bags there for this cause. It's possible they would even mail them if you paid for postage. Here is their phone number: 269-945-9400. There are many different sizes and bag options, so that might be an issue if you can't see them.

That is a bargain! There are no better bags out there. I hate it when DH shops, he won't use mine, so I end up with a big bag of ripped up crappy plastic bags that I have to recycle. Store bags won't even hold 2 2Litres of Ginger Ale. And they aren't even charging yet. Look out tho, it's coming. @uchytil it's so easy, tell your wife. :)

5 degrees right now. I finished shoveling the driveway and checked on the girls: they hadn't come out yet. I brought them some hot oatmeal and they dove right in.

yepper its freezing here....so cold the well pit froze so im trying to get water back to the house...glad thing for water reserves...got a 2500 watt heater in there now heating it up....grrr
