Michigan Thread - all are welcome!

I let my broody hatch four eggs and i now have three roosters and a runt that I can't tell yet. I was going to cull the boys, but i am struggling now with this decision. SO, I have three broody raised mixed breed roosters. Free. Will transport in Michigan. All seem very docile, slightly skittish since not hand raised.

Doctor visit today for a follow up on the infected IV site. Good news is that it isn't mersa. Bad news is it is still there even with the antibiotic infusion. So another follow up on Monday. Meanwhile I'm still waiting for the TEE to be scheduled. Doctor is still trying to figure out the Covid test results. Negative, positive, detected, inconclusive. On top of that, I have had no symptoms at all.

So after the appointment, I drove home the back trail. Lots of windfall trees down. So I began to tote out the downed wood. One load today. There are lots more loads to bring out.

How can you do all this stuff(and moving wood stoves) with your infections, dislocated shoulder and toes....
...aren't you supposed to be resting and healing?
I hope your eating healthy.

It's all stuff that has to be done. Besides, I can't just sit on my butt watching TV. I work in 20 minute segments then rest about the same. My neighbor was here to help. We loaded that wood together. A few pieces were too heavy for one guy to lift. We work well together when we decide to do something.
Working firewood is actually relaxing to me. Stacking wood is like putting a puzzle together. I enjoy it Besides, any thing I can do outside keeps me from doing housework. :D
