1300 should just be the framing of the floor and walls with osb on it too. Still don't have it sealed at that point or have a roof$1300.00 will be a good start...
....is that enough to do the framing and 'dry it in'(complete roof and exterior sheathing?
Definitely should get the roof done in the first stage,1300 should just be the framing of the floor and walls with osb on it too. Still don't have it sealed at that point or have a roof
No kidding right? I planted, replanted, and replanted my pear trees years ago. The bucks would rub them to death (literally). Big enough now they don't bother. I'd take some redbuds! What color lilacs?Snowflakes here today too, it's that time.
Today I planted the two pawpaw seedlings I bought last week; madness struck again! May they do well, and have interesting and edible fruit someday.
Everything else that needs planting will happen soon...
We have 50+ acres, you wouldn't think it would be hard to find spots for things. BUT, the deer are so happy to eat everything we put out, so it is actually hard to decide where to plant stuff.
And we have plants that i can't bear to cut out; anyone for lilacs, or redbud seedlings?
