does anyone know a foolproof way to hard boil eggs so the peels come off easy? I know the baking method. Is it putting baking soda in the water?
DH does all the eggs. He says put the eggs in your pan, cover the eggs with white vinegar then add about an inch of water and douse them with salt. He says put in as much salt as you think and then add more. Boil for 10 minutes. Cool only enough to handle and peel them hot. He does all the eggs, even the button quail eggs. I don't have the patience.
