We have a lot of city art. The red pig, 2 rusted hoops welded together, the vertical I-beam, and some piles of bricks. All of that is "downtown". In front of the vacant buildings.Personally, I would do a garage-size mural of a chicken . . . maybe even an abstract rendition of a chicken, lol. Is artwork banned in your lovely city, too?
