I was lucky in that I 'borrowed' one to do a hatch for the owner, then one for myself.
So I got to test drive it. She never claimed it back so I offered to buy it.

The Mrs is interested in blue eggs. Anyone have any blue egger chicks or pullets in the Lansing/potterville/charlotte area? So far it looks like pure Ameraucana and Araucana breeds are an option.
We have 3 EE's laying light green eggs. I think they're pretty. She doesn't NOT like them, she just mentioned to me tonight that she'd like blue eggs.Cream Legbars also lay blue eggs. Any Easter Egger will be hit or miss with egg color, since they can lay any color of the rainbow, so that is good to exclude them if your Mrs desires truly blue eggs.
Maybe search necropsy here using the advanced search.Does anyone have a link to a good necropsy picture? I have a bird that just dropped dead and I'd like to see if there was anything noticeable. However, I have no idea what to look for or at. Can you think of anything that would be helpful?
