I think it looks more green than blue... I got it from a TSC.

Yes, it is...as long as it has a solid shell.

Curious about where you got your bird because I have a couple that look just like that ...I got mine at local mill, but both probably came from Townline.

Yes, I do believe they are probably from there. I got 2 of them. The others back is in that photo but she has the ear poofs and not the dark head.

My Townline EEs have been very nice birds; I have four new pullets this summer, and am eager to see their first eggs too. I also got some very cute EE bantams from Cackle, and may keep one of the cockrels because they are so nice. Chicken math!!! Nice egg color, and sixteen week is great for a first egg. Mary
