Just passed here, 1/4" of rain and 15+ degree drop in temp, ahhhhhh....
.....I fear tho that the sun will re-emerge and it will be steaming hot again within a few hours, let's hope I'm incorrect.

Yup, had a bit of it here a couple hours ago. Fortunately, the breeze remains and the sun remains hidden.

Thanks aart!! I figure I've gotten so much good information here when I needed it that the least I can do is share with others.

Passed my 1-month cardiac check-up. Just needed a slight med adjustment but it should all work out soon enough. Scar is healing nicely. Still need a couple of months for the rib cage to mend. The wires holding it together are pretty neat on the x-ray. Doc is going to keep me on restricted labour until the 3 months is up. That will make toting feed sacks rather difficult.

But all is well.

Too restricted to use a hand truck?
I have store staff load into van, then I slide off van onto hand truck, roll to coop, and scoop into feed bin.
