Sorry everyone. I threw my back out. I guess I overdid something.
Actually happened when I stopped for gas on the way.

Just happen when you stepped out of the vehicle or something? I've had that happen to me before last year. Stopped on my way to work and felt something kinda move around down there, not quite all the way out but I thought I could suck it up and keep it together at work. Got through 3 sessions and I had an opening where I could get in with a coworker to have her see what she could do. The session felt great, its just when I went to get up off the table I soon regretted the fact that I took my underwear off for the session. took me a while to get dressed. Rest up and heat. Move around a little as well.

The hard heavy work, done with care, tenses up those muscles to set the trigger.
Then a simple motion, done casually, trips that trigger and BAM! you're on your knees.

Just got back from Maine last night (early this morning!). Mom's hip surgery went well but she has ALZ which is a big shocker and very sad. So we missed Chickenstock for the first time in a few years. I do still have the sign-up book, raffle stuff, and other things...I hope that was not cause problems for ya'll. Anyway, who took pictures? I usually take them and would guess someone did? Post them up.

So sorry about your mom. Hope her hip heals quickly.
I don’t think anyone took pictures. Very small group and we just enjoyed chatting. Good food and good company

I'm glad that the surgery went well, and sorry about her other issue.
I thought about taking pictures after getting home, so only memories. we had a very good time, and a yummy lunch.
