I'm guilty of that as well. I picked up a flat of gallon ferns that the nursery had marked down to Free. Now to find a place to plant them. Among the other chores that I'm falling behind on.

Yep. The only thing left on my mom's house is to settle the tax bill for 2018. Her daughter blocked the sale last year so there is another year of tax liability to satisfy. Once that is done, then "sister" can get her share of the proceeds. Then I'll be done with her greedy arse too.
