Green... I'd have your DH start peeing all over the place... LOL. I read somewhere that the DH did that and it was discouraging. LOL, I have no Idea if it is really true... BUT at least it'll give him an excuse to be a guy. HAHAHA
I am thinking, supervised outings till you get fencing around the main part of the yard where they chickens are?
Her eye is still swollen and I'm gonna apply the tea bag again later this afternoon. I put her in the chicken tractor next to the pen....safe, sound and still sociable.DH was being funny and said we should make her a pirates patch for her. If I knew she'd keep it on and not irritate the eye more by trying to get it off I'd do it. Just might do so and hold her on my lap. Gets pretty boring holding it to the eye.x 2
DH had to bring nephew into dr's last month for an infected stye (usually caused by staph), the dr suggested green tea for it's antibacterial properties! I have also heard that it works on pink-eye just as good as prescription medication, so that's what i would aim for.
Makes me wonder if taping a tea bag to a hen's foot would be helpful for bumblefoot...........hmmmm.
