Good Morning!

My schedule is so crazy right now!!!!

Mark you calender: the first 2 weekends of May is the Community Theatre of Howell's production of Music Man! Check out the website for ticket information: www.cththeatre.org

Would love to meet some folks if you want to venture out to Howell, MI. The show is pretty great. My daughter,Emily-11, is in the youth chorus. She has one speaking line, gets to do cartwheels during a song, is an indian girl, and is in all the chorus songs. I am the head of set dress and paint, this is why my schedule is SO crazy. I have another job to squeeze into my full schedule already. The set pieces are starting to take shape and looking really cool.

Off to get some more house work done and check and see how the girls are doing on their math tests. This afternoon is our last day of nursing home/ assisted living performances.

I probably won't be on this weekend. Enjoy your weekend and I will be painting at the theatre

HBH- glad the tests went well. I don't think I would be able to do that for 20 mintues- it sounds like it would give me a headache.

SC- praying for a quick recovery for you SIL. My SIL law did those surgery's just a year apart. She was up and around faster than what the doctor said. She will be walking like a little old lady for awhile, with the incision in the abodemn.

Thanks for the well wishes, some women handle these things better than others... we'll never know until we're in that position. DSIL's surgery on the lower half is being done "internaly" not going through the abdomen like mine was... I can sympathize with the old lady walking part! It was the best thing I ever did!

There is a guy near me that plants pairs of Swans. If you have a proper environment for them and good indoor housing through the winter, He'll bring a pair out. But he collects the babies when weaned. (you can have that job, Ive seen someone try to snatch babies before and about lose their head off their shoulders. They are NASTY)

I will call a few places in town tomorrow and see if I cant come up with his number for you.

My prayers are with your sister in law for a speedy recovery. Wow what a lot to have done all at once.

Tomorrow I am going out to Destiny Farms and I am getting chicks for my Turken. It is Day 20 on her bad eggs and I am going to give her babies. She hasnt left her nest in so many days- she is locked down and ready for them to hatch...

Tomorrow I am going to Destiny Farms and I heard myself say, "What type of ducks do you have?" and he replied, "Cayugas and Muscovies.." and then I said,
"OH I am going to need Adult Supervision when I come out there- perhaps I will need husband supervision..."

I am blaming you all if I come back with gaggles of bitty babies...because if any of you would have said, "Oh Kim, come here and we will sell you two babies" I wouldnt be throwing myself into total duckling/chick bliss with a credit card and no husband to intervene....

Sillychicken - Where is Norvell MI?

It's a secret.... somewhere in southern, lower, mid, MI... but off to the left a little.

Actually, it is between Jackson and Ann Arbor, Grasslake and Brooklyn. Don't blink or sneeze or you will miss it! We're not far from Michigan International Speedway... we can hear the race cars on race weekend and the traffic gets really ugly.

I am over at Lake LeAnn.. only a little over 20 miles from you!
