Yes, come and bring your chickens, you'll probably find great homes for them plus get lots of great food to eat and meet some cool people! See you there! I'm bringing a friend who likes this kind of thing and enjoys little day trips.

I was looking forward to meeting so many people!
Aric just put some stuff out to the road to sell. I hate it. I know he's doing it because he knows how badly I wanted to go but I don't like stuff in the front yard like that

He also finished the bigger and better eggs sign. Now we're working on the little coop expansion.

Anyone need a lawn sweeper?? LOL

Actually yes we do, what are you asking for it and is the kind that attaches to the back of a riding mower?
I know what you mean about money...I've got a rabbit show this weekend and a 2-day rabbit show next weekend (plus chickenstock of course!) and the following weekend we're heading out of town for a few days...still not sure how we're going to pull it off but I guess we'll see!

I'm pretty sure that person took food coloring to those birds and the other ads I saw placed by them seems like they are trying to pass them off as actual colors?!?!

Thanks for the info. I feel like there's such a learning curve. I do have a book I've been working my way through. If my foundation wax is broken in places (squirrels), will the bees fill in the holes and keep going? I know it's too late to order bees, but I've seen swarms advertised on Craigslist. I just wasn't sure if I was really ready yet, considering my foundations. Maybe I just need to jump in and figure it out by actually doing it! I think I'll put it all together in the garage and see if I'm missing anything. Perhaps some of the boxes are in better shape than the others.

Yes, I did see that ad! So weird!

If the wax just has some holes in it, I wouldn't worry about it. Let the bees fill in the gaps. Putting it together in the garage is a good idea.

Aric wants $30 for it. Yes, it's a pull behind. I don't know much about them but the brushes look great. Our riding mower gave up and we won't use it and it was taking up space. Oh, let's not forget we're trying to raise money to go to chickenstock

That and the other 3 things i have listed on CL are all under the general section. He has them out in front of the house during the day but if you want it let me know and I'll put it aside.

I noticed here on BYC some people talking about how they color their chickens. Some saying they stopped using food coloring because it comes out so now they use permanent markers. They're probably kids and I'd love to strangle them! Oh, it was in the ducks section as well!

Here's our showgirl chick we hatched out
