All 5 of my eggs are pipped!!! I think I will have to come up with some football names for them. I don't think I will be sleeping much tonight either, I want to be sure to see which chick comes from each egg so I know who the mom is.

First down, quarter, half time, field goal(? where they kick it thru) and touchdown. Its scary, but I know who each of the nine chicks egg donors are. LOL

Ok.. I just cleared the crap out of my browser and computer... So far am I am impressed with how fast the chrome works... HOWEVER, it doesn't do jumpstart as fast as IE does...

I THINK THE PROBLEM IS ALMOST SOLVED AS I CAN NOW USE EASIER MEANS TO REACH THE FIRST POST I HAVE NOT SEEN . STILL CANT GET TO IT AS I USED TO WITH THE OLD SITE . MAYBE SOMEDAY. My Ameraucana chick is out. It's name is Earl.... as in Earl E. Bird. The Maran looks like it's going to be next. Earl happens to be REALLY noisy. Also big on knocking the other eggs around. I did catch the little bugger pecking at another pip trying to take shell off. I guess he's lonely.

Raz - sorry about your girl. How old was she? We had our male guinea just drop over dead in front of us. We were told many unexplained deaths before the age of 1 were genetic or something they were born with.

She was 44 weeks old.

Also, just because you are having a party doesn't me you need to stay off of BYC. Unless of course its a bunch of manly men there and ALL us broads here would make you look nuts... LOL

It was a good party. And the women outnumbered us manly men. (Just like this forum)
And there are plenty of left-over goodies that are chicken friendly. So for the next few days the chickies will be getting extra goodies.
