Thanks Jen. When your Saint goes you are going to need a backhoe to bury that one LOL. I still have never seen a dog soooo big as your's.

OMG!!! That's too funny! I said that to my husband while I was responding to your post!!

With this new web site does the add in the top right corner track your use? It has changed several times to things I have viewed in the past few days. I had never seen an add for the product until after I had gone to the website. There were also a couple that were businesses that are local to my area. Anyone else notice this?
you know, you may be on to something! i just looked, and they ARE the ones i looked at recently. Would explain how badly the computer has bogged since the new site change...... we block 3rd party cookies, and clear everything when done with a site. I also unclick the "remember me" when i log in, in an attempt to escape those darn things.

I knew it was coming just hard to accept is all.

yes, it is hard :(

Haven't read yet but I just wanted to post that I'm an idiot. My dad was here this morning and we were playing with the chicks in the office brooder. Well we got to talking and I forgot to close the lid. A little bit later we hear god awful squawking and here comes our cat racing out with one of the baby d'uccles! :( It looks like he got it a little by the eye and under one wing. I don't expect it to live just due to shock alone. But it's wrapped in a warm towel on my lap. I'm so mad at myself.

Is it a puncture, or a scratch? if it's a scratch, you can put regular neosporin on it, blue cote would be even better if you have it. Don't use the neosporin with the pain relief.

Others have posted about something in cat saliva that is toxic to small things.... If she is still living, post on the emergency section, you may be able to save her yet! read the sticky, and then try to give them as much info as possible when you post....

It's not so much that there's something specific that is toxic to small animals, as much as that cat saliva is just plain nasty. It's not something you want in the blood stream of anything, big or small.

RBahmer, So sorry to hear about your dog, they truly are members of the family. We lost our doberman and lab both about 2 years ago, my 5 year old still talks about missing Katie (our lab).

Thanks. It is a very hard thing but it is a part of life. I know this as being a farmer for so many years. But, she will be greatly missed.
