Uh, oh. You got uggo fever! You got uggo fever!Showed these photos to DH, Conversation went like this.
Me: M2M calls them Uggos, I've been threatened with one.
DH: Well if you get one, tell her it's going to be eaten.
ME: I'd be afraid to eat it.
DH: Some people are afraid to eat guineas:
ME: But guineas are tasty.
DH: You know, a cross between a guinea and one of the Uggos could be kind of interesting, That guinea head and those bodies, would really look like a dinosaur chicken.

Guineas and chickens have been know to cross but it is pretty uncommon. The result of a normal chicken and guinea cross is pretty bizarre looking. I would recommend anyone with small children not try crossing Uggos with guineas as the resulting offspring might cause nightmares of monumental proportions. I wouldn't risk it, your children might even grow up to be fowl fondlers.

He is so purdy!!!! I want one!!!!Was all excited, going to get an Araucana rooster today. But then things didn't work out. Bummer! Took myself down to the barn and gave my donkey Chumley his first bath (well first for him and I anyway). Ain't he Purty?! That's him in my avatar...
I will be taking bets on how fast he rolls and looks spotted again.

Everyone is gone now.
I think that we all had a good time. I know I did.
Chickens were traded off and so were plants.
New friendships were made and I'm sure that they will continue.
Gotta love them crazy chicken peoples...
AgreedI don't know if Crabby noticed at all. I don't care if she did or not.
I do know that I enjoyed the time spent with good people and I hope that they enjoyed being here. I was happy to be the centre point for folks to meet and get to know each other.
I think it is a prelude to CS 2012.
Your welcomeHad a great time at Randys-
Randy is lots of fun, and Kayla feels he is the best person ever.
Great to be fed, thank you Ashley and Randy.
Nigellas and BYFM have the cutest kids ever ever..we will all have to do this again soon..beyond Chickenstock. Minus the Uggos. Or maybe with Uggos, part four....
and Thank you
He is sooooo cute! I got to feed him too!!!It was good to see you again. I think you were the first BYCer that I met in person. You were certainly the first to lend a helping hand when I needed it.
I'm happy that Jude liked the skunk. Everyone who showed up liked Sebastian. BFM even gave him a bath and showed me how to do it. And no one got sprayed...![]()
And for what it's worth, my yard is always in flux. I don't think that it will ever be done, but I'm OK with that.![]()
