He is in with our goats right now, our chickens all have their own coops and I don't think the geese will take too kindly to him. I hope he will deter predators from bothering any of the animals though by barking at them or going after them if they cross his pasture.

The goats are not too happy, but he thinks they are great!

They will get used to him soon though and he knows how to be nice and gentle with them. Fortunately for me, his breeder had just got 13 new goats a few weeks ago and they had never been with dogs either. She put Remi and couple other dogs in with them, so he learned to read their body language and take things slowly. By the time we arrived, the goats and dogs were getting along just fine.

Yes we did get to meet staples. He has some beautiful chickens, and the boys just loved those puppies. I also didn't relize Buttercups were so pretty. I might need to add them to my future list. Looks like we will be getting feed from your guy now MJ.
I think I can say for sure now we have 1 male and 1 female SG turkeys. The darker one that has a little bigger snood was strutting and walking in circles around the other and his snood got long way past his beak, and his head was the brightest red. It was really neat to watch.

Good morning Everyone! We had a day of fishing yesterday, with my sister's family... so! Fish fry today! Who hoo! We have cought so many this summer that my refrigerator freezer is full. (I am glad we like to eat it, but glad we won't have to eat all of it, lol.)

Speakin' of filling the freezer. Today I have to go out there and process some of my chickens.

I hate this job! I'm all on my own this time too. My dad usually comes over and help but he's gone golfing with hubby. I'm doing mostly banty today too and that's going to stink, wahhhhh! I even had a BAD dream about them this morning!
