hey all! one of the all time great days today! memories that will be treasured!

Keleka, we are so thrilled that Raigan found chickies that were just right for her! and don't worry if the little ones turn out to be boys, we'll hook you up as we will have about 40 chicks every two weeks. i'm sure we can find her something!

It's been a great day. I even got Granny using an exercise bike and enjoying it. Hopefully, that will improve her strength. I wish it was so late but I must call it a day. Hope tomorrow is even better for all of you than today was.

Morning, everyone! Got baby chicks hatching this morning!

It's a BEAU-TI-FUL day out there...gonna get my one big coop divided into smaller breeder coops...ready for spring!

Beautiful outside!! Well, fer winter

Plowed forever yesterday just to get the tractor to the house so I could haul water out to the barn. First time I had to do that, usually I just drive through the snow. Already parts have drifted in

.
Got to go get more diesel for more plowing. The neighbor (Handy Dick) has to be able to drive up my driveway. Washer went up on me yesterday, bummer, and I plan on putting him to work!!

I just cleaned my coop, didnt smoke, and everyone is checking out the clean nest boxes, and taking their time giving me eggs.

I got a mondo-giant egg from one of the buff orps yesterday- looked like quite the painful egg. We were convinced it was a double-yolker. However, hubby just reported that it was not a double.

Perhaps she shouldnt have been holding out- maybe wouldnt have been so big.
