I got up this morning looked outside said oh more snow and made my coffee feed and watered then turned the eggs in my FULL bator smiled and got on here what a life LOL

Good morning, everyone!!

For those who didn't get much snow, I'll send you some!! There is at least 8" of new snow out there from yesterday!! I just snowed and snowed and snowed!! Alot of lake effect I think tho... AND IT IS STILL SNOWING!!!

Steve, guess I should give Uncle Joe a call, eh? That way he gets the story straight before he starts talking!!! LOL!!!

Well, with the weather this week, the chicken house building was put on hold.......... just didn't have the gumption to get out in the blowing snow..... but that's ok, I keep changing the plans anyways -- I keep seeing something new that's looks easier!! But as soon as the weather breaks, whatever plan I'm on, it will be that!!

I started getting grey at 40 Sam, about the same time these extra 20 lbs. found me.

Portable ice shanty is ready to go....you bring the heat!.....I'll bring the shanty and the beer.

Heck with the fishin poles.

Good Morning all-

Ate at Joe's Crab Shack last night. It was very yummy. Very expensive, but very yummy. Im sick of snow. I am sick of cold. I am a wuss. I just ran outside, fed and watered the hens, ran back in really fast. I will run back out there to water the rabbit after I thaw out and get brave again.

I hope you all have a great day- I wish the winter would leave.

Well Steve the UP where I am at got close to 12 inches of the white stuff, they even closed the schools again last Thursday and you know what it takes for that to happen, and they will have to make that day up as they were out of snow days.

When was the last time you heard of the schools up here having to make up a snow day. They are like the post office use to be, neither rain nor snow --------- well you know the old saying.


Morning all hope all is well and that bators are going full speed ahead. If you are looking for some great designer eggs (mutts) then I would recomend you contact Julie who is under the bridge like most of ya all. Her babies are great, got some beautifull birds in the first batch I got from her and this last one. If you need to PM her her board name is jab91864. I will have to down load and post pictures from this last hatch they are great and I can't say enough good things about Julie.

Well, I was just going to shoot a message to everyone east of me, that sunshine was on the way -- it was bright out, but now it's snowing harder than anything I saw yesterday and the sun is gone!!!! aargh!

So much snow.... but I must admit... it's awful pretty

Off to paint in the new house today... my mom is coming to help and my stepdad is going to be working on the bathroom that is turning into one HUGE headache

All and all though it's gonna be a good day I think

Cleaning out a safe spot for my brooder today so I can get that bator out!
