I have 4 Pyncheons and a Langshan running around the bator playing kick ball with the other eggs looks like 4 more Langshan pipping and one almost zipped out. Nothing for the Araucana eggs yet just one come one just one little hen!

Just got off the phone with my DD. At the Forensics State Finals, her and her partner didn't place, but they were the highest ranked team in the UP. She was happy with that since it was her first year participating. I'm very proud of her. Plus she tells me that there was an outlet mall across from their hotel; she bought LOTS of stuff. OMG!! At least it was her money:)

um, what! i'm getting in the car right now. will Voortman Windmill cookies be made available?

i ditto Shelley's advice. save them up for up to one week, keep cool (not in fridge, room temp) and tilt. then place under broody all at one time.

girl, you are a whiz at tons of stuff, this is gonna be cake.

if you need something incubated, for crying out loud, come on over. it'll give us an excuse to bake yummy stuff! i charge one Voortman cookie per egg!

It's a deal! I'm still not ready yet. We got our coop from my Grandpa's place. So it had been used (hasn't been for many years, though). We'd like to replace the flooring in it (it has untreated plywood and hubby wants treated). So maybe after he gets the time to do it, I'll be a callin' you. It could be very dangerous if we were any closer. We'd have baked goods comin' out our ears! Although, I don't know about your hubby, but mine will take all the goodies he can get!

Well, I can't possibly keep up with all of the posts

We ended up getting some geese from the feed store for this year and will get our order in early next year for some dewlap Toulouse like my daughter really wants. I ended up getting one each of the Toulouse, African and Embden as I don't know yet which breed I will like best for Christmas goose and which for pets.

Started digging my pond today...... still not sure how to line it... but I figure it will work itself out

Just a hint of nice weather and we grow mute. I think the Okies have been having a lot of rain so the weather is probably the biggest factor in the numbers game.
