Cyrstal -- the bunnies are doing ok. Eating all the time and getting bigger. Thanks for your help!!Sam -- we may have rabbit stew after all. My DS gets mad at me when I say that!!. I moved the little chicks in with the older ones this weekend. So far so good. Poor little banties "Mort" and "Rico" are soo small next to all the others. Saw the announcement about the meet and greet/ swap/ potluck whatver you call it. Boy would I love to go, but Lansing is a little too far. I'll send lots of good thougths tho. Have a good night everyone!!

Well I am watching the wings, just got back from my favorite pub where they've set up a couple of poker tables... Sigh, I'm not low enough on money yet, and fought the urge to join in

I just got done moving my 4 baby chicks outside to the quail pen (I know, their chickens......) but it was the safest spot for them... besides they stink something fierce inside! I put the top of the brooder cage down, put a dog crate top up to it and propped one side open so they can only get inside there where I put the feed

They shouldn't have any predator problems because they are stuck right in the middle!!!! I've purposely let the grass grow up around 3 sides of the pen, as well as the middle and they seem to be in love. They are stalking each other like little raptors........ Rawr!!!!!!!! They jumping on each other and having a good old time.

Well, I am going to go to bed here. Hope ya'll have fun!!! TTFN!

Good Evening!

I am so ready for bed!!! Tonight was the 1st handicapper riding night. Not enough volunteers and some riders didn't show, so with parents helping we had a skeleton crew.

Off to go bed! Another busy day tomorrow, but not as bad as today!

Oh and the big excitement a house down the street was on fire last night just after I went to bed I heard the fire trucks the dogs started howling two only do that when it is close and the crazy pug started howling let's face it that is a funny sound. So I had to get up and watch for a bit

Good mornig everyone!! We are supposed to get up to 80 degrees and I have to work all day -- no fair!!! Boy do I want to play hookie soo bad. But I guess the boss had better show up

Not had much time to be online, super busy with work, yard work, planting the garden, etc.

Swap sounds great, Judy will check her schedule at work to see if it is open.....she is my social director.

I've been taking a little break myself from BYC. Not intentionally, just busy with life and home projects. It's great to see there is the meet/greet info posted. Like Steve said, have to check with my social director first

I'm glad the weather is shaping up, as the girls have been loving the freedom at night.

KRISROSE - We lost Blueberry a few days ago. I know you lost her sister a while back. Not sure the cause, maybe eggbound? Anyway, another one of my daughter's all time favorites. She was the only one that would ride on the bike with her. We had a little burial the other day for her and she will be missed. Here is a little clip......
