Oh no Sarah

. Hopefully she will get better at the show thing as she gets older. She is still just a baby isn't she? Do you have another show coming up? Seems like Feebie was saying something about a state show in an earlier post. Oh, have you had your fair yet? Ours is this week. We like to go and look around at all the exhibits and it's nice now that we can actually enjoy it since we don't have any entrys to worry about.

Abby, your chicks are beautious! How old are the buff bantam brahmas? I have 3 that were hatched 3 weeks ago and they are still tiny little buggers! The white hat black polish hats are starting to plump up some - I've got to get pics out there for everyone to see! Nancy

Hello Everyone!

We lost power Sunday night and just got it back on a little while ago. The generator fried some things...the list is growing.

Rachel's eggs went down to 80 degrees or so. They are at my parents right now, so we need to go and get them and bring them back home.

Jon races a dwarf car. check out the website www.midwestclassicracers.com and you can see us on the homepage with our winning car and driver Eric from last year. He races this Saturday at Owosso.

Off to get chores done.

Sarah

The Brahmas range from 3 yrs to 1yr. We have had 6 total hatches. They can be the nicest birds you ever had. My daughter is attempting to breed for that rich copper color. Just hope she gets a roo soon.

Laura That is so cute!

We got the rest of the chickens wrapped and put in the freezer last night. altogether we have 146 lbs of chicken. The roos averaged 9 & 1/4 lbs each and the hens averaged 6& 1/2 lbs each. They were 9 weeks old. So I guess that is pretty good.
