Well, good news is Penguin no longer has the foam in his eyes. It never seemed to bother him. The 3 newbies seriously seem to be loving it out there. I think everyone from ducks to chickens to rabbits are loving the extra bread. But I think I've created monsters with those chickens! lol

Hey Kim, I know Penguin's name, but do the other two have names as well? Just curious. Poor bunny doesn't have a name yet either. I think I'm running out of names and only a few of the chickens have names lol


Bad news is I'm not doing so well health wise. Because my bladder and bowel had to be dissected when I had my hysterectomy, there may be a problem. I'm on my second round of antibiotics. If this doesn't work, I may need hospitalization.

Oh, but I do have a job! I am training Koreans to speak English! A long time friend of mine got me the job and it's perfect since I have a teaching background and I can work from home!

Keyt I'm so sorry you are having such serious health issues. I don't know too much about the procedure you had done but didn't think it involved dissecting bladder and bowel so I am assuming there was more involved than a normal hysterectomy. (think I spelled that wrong..sorry). I will say a prayer for healing for you and truly hope it heals up and you don't have to go into the hospital.

Plus because I had terrible Psoriasis on my stomach, one of the docs gave me a tummy tuck. So, not only was it not normal, it was extra painful. I've had a total (if you count the two surgeries in one as separate) 47 surgeries so I thought I'd be ok. I also don't have an gall bladder, appendix and right kidney so all of that made things more difficult.

I appreciate any prayers. The pain is worse than anything else I've experienced and I do hope I won't have to go into the hospital!!

That was how my evening went.... stil haven't found the owners of the beagle we found in our yard. I put up flyers lastnight around the area and put a add on craigslist. He's going to the pound Saturday if we don't hear from anyone soon. I hate to do that, but I don't want him!

We didn't get much snow lastnight, but there's a nice layor of ice underneath it that made the drive in to work a bit hairy! So be careful out there!
