but I have two grad parties, and it is DD#3's 29th birthday!! Hopefully I'll be there next year.

Oh boy I don't do mornings well. This is why Aric does the chores in the morning and I do the afternoon and evening! lol

Almost everything is ready. After nothing but black chicks hatching for 3 days, I wake up to a surprise ...an ORANGE one!!

Crates and more crates are in the truck. Camera batteries are charged and they and the camera are all packed. Don't worry, I have enough memory cards to get ..ohh...probably a few thousand pics LOL

Now all I need is COFFEE!!!

Well everybody that was going to the meet must be on their way. What a beautiful day over here near Lake M! The chickens are so happy the sun is out but I think I learned some bad news - one of my 10 week BR's crowed for the first time. I have two and was hoping they were girls. Everyone thought they were girls. Not that I can't keep a roo, or two, but I wanted layers. If the other (I only have two) one crows it might mean re-home or freezer camp. Anyway all of you peeps that don't go to the meet have a great day and enjoy the sunshine!

I am so glad they have such an awesome weather day today for Chickenstock. I am sure I am not the only one feeling a little left out- oh well, my fault entirely, for not wanting to make the drive.
