lol, yes, there is a bowl of "num nums" at the door. They are required to sit and wait until I give the kids treats and then they get a treat. One is really a food log that I cut up and use as a training treat (we call it doggie crack and my dogs will pretty much do anything for it). The other treat is a really a carb loaded treat and I use those sparingly.

Heh heh. Thanks. I love my dogs in costume and it makes the kids happy. I only have 4 pieces of candy left. :: chuckles :: My dogs are pooped with all this excitment. My little punk rocker is passed out.

Well, we're done Trick or Treating. One more Halloween down and we did it in record time this year, making the usual loop in just under an hour. The kids are old enough to run ahead now and it sure does make things easier. DH and were watching some of the parents of toddlers having to take them up to each door and we both agreed we don't miss that one bit. Then we saw my sister with my 3 1/2 mo nephew, held him, cuddled him and then handed him back off and came home. Ahhhh, that's how to do it, right there. Play with them when they're cute and then give them back to someone else for all the messy work part of it.

Now... Thanksgiving! My favorite!

Angela -- That light one looks like the eggs I get from my LBs. It's hard to tell size in the picture but if the egg on the left is a lot smaller than the one on the right in the back then it's possible one is from one BA and the other is a pullet egg from your BA that wasn't previously laying, but it's also possible they're both from one since you got them two days apart.

Raz, my husband with his tools are a vital part of my life

He tried to teach me how to use the chop saw last week and said I could use lumber from "that pile" then he went to work. But he failed to tell me that the lumber was so long that I would not be able to carry it by myself

My DH keeps trying to get me to use all his power tools, too, but has only succeeded with the sawzall. I go to town sawing off branches and such when I use it.

Not here, either. I bought a bag of candy a few years ago and no one showed so I don't bother anymore.

Here's my boys. Aiden, the little one, he picked his mask. I think its a bit creepy, AND he had to have the fireman hat and cape. He's only going to be 3 in January, but is definetly a headstrong boy. Couldn't get him to have just a NORMAL complete costume.
Jace, the big guy, he's only going on 6, and NO he has never seen "Scream" and doesn't know that the mask came from that. He thought it was a friendly ghost, and needed the machete to make it more scary. LOL. Wait till he's a teenager and see's scream... LOL I will be like... Remember when you were 5? LOL
