We had a big "summer bash" this last summer and had a yard full of guests. I have to suggest that you pen up your friendliest birds because one of my little lavendar ameracauna bantams flew up onto a guest's plate while she was holding it to enjoy the food. She was a little freaked out at first, but then enjoyed Tulip sitting on her arm while she ate

Oh my goodness. We were just informed that our daughter and her fiance want to have their wedding at our house this July.
So, what do you do with all these free ranging chickens? There's going to be a lot of "stuff" here and there......I can't lock them up for a month ahead of the wedding! aughhh....we have a lot of thinking to do.
