Again, has anyone tried the manna-pro leg mite spray?
Oh yes. Our barn cats have been very active in sharing. Today's delicacy is mouse. Yum.I know Spring has arrived, because small dead things started showing up in my back porch room again. Thanks, kitties! I am totally having that for dinner.![]()
We used this in our old house once. Took care of the little ants no problem.Terro. Nasty stuff, but it works.
Snowflake, I did this once for my daughter. She had come home on a Friday with a nicely pink eye and I couldn't get her in to the doctor to get anything for it so I looked up natural ways to help it and this was one of the ways. I soaked a bag every so often and had her hold it to her eye for about 10 minutes. Cleared it right up.Snowflake, I have had very good luck using chamomile tea bags, and so have the two people to which I have in the past recommended it. One of them had already been to the doctor and taking medication, but was frustrated with how slowly it was working. He used the tea for a day and it cleared immediately. This was my father-in-law, and he afterward declared that he would never be going to the doctor for pink eye again. When I did it, I needed only to do it 3 times or so over the period of one day and it was gone. There is only one thing I have seen rid a person of pink eye faster, and unless you've got some breastmilk handy, I would try the tea.![]()

If you want to give it a try, first be sure that chamomile is the only ingredient in your tea, I should not wish to place peppermint on my eye! Make yourself a cup of chamomile tea, remove the tea bag, and gently squeeze some of the excess water from it. Hold it on your eye for 10 minutes or so, and repeat the process every few hours or so. The way I had learned to do this was with the tea bag as hot as you can stand it, but I have since read that many people use it after has cooled. Personally, I found that the heat was in itself a relief. You can, of course, also drink the tea.![]()
It was raining very hard with some Lightning and Thunder while I was running back and froth from the milking parlor to the calve's hutches 3 times at work. I had to bottle feed 3 calves, and they need 2 bottles each, so I had to make a trip for each calves. By the time I was done, I was sorta wet. Looks like the storm is almost done in MI. I saw a beautiful sunset.AHHH! The storms are getting bad! Has anybody seen tornadoes yet? I am alil scared... Goodluck to you all and hope everybody stays safe.
