Ba-zinga!
I am not a huge fan of the white ones; they don't seem to smell as good as the purple ones. I just think every farm needs a lilac bush. And every farm kitchen needs a vase full of the flowers on the counter when they're in season.
Me too! Absolutely lovely paintings!
Opa, I've only been here a short time but I love your morning posts. I've been striving to approach life as optimistically as possible and you show me that that goal is absolutely within reach no matter what is going on. Thank you and good luck with the lottery.
I had just started digging a hole for Granny's flag pole when it started to rain. Now it is raining hard enough to strangle a frog.
I've never tried to post a video link, hope this works
I agree with you Olive. I have a lilac tree out front in my landscaping next to the house. I love the smell of it as it drifts through the open windows. My grandmother use to have a huge bush along side her garage and as a child, she and I would always clip a bouquet for the kitchen when it was in bloom. My uncle now lives in the homestead and the idiot for some reason cut it down!
ROCHESTER,N.Y. ,BIRTHPLACE OF THE LILAC,WE EVEN HAVE A LILAC FESTIVAL IN HIGHLAND PARK EVERY YEAR.WE HAVE OVER 20 PLANTS OURSELVES,TO BAD IT ONLY BLOOMS ONE TIME A YEAR.MY WIFE EVEN HAS THE PERFUME OF LILAC...
RaZ, I'm sure your neighbor would love to give you a massage!
Hmm, sounds like if you buy a lottery ticket and don't win, you will get consumed by flesh eating bacteria.
I REALLY hope RaZ wins then . . . considering the alternative . . .
You crack me up and I think I have a crush on you. haha!I have one and it does help. I didn't use it this time because I'm here alone and was concerned that I might get stuck in it since I was barely able to move.
I loved my first 2 wives, the third was evil personified!
So I'm at "three strikes and yer out" status. Unless I go into extra innings...![]()
Hey Raz.....maybe your neighbor could help you with the traction thing, in case you get stuck in it?![]()
omg!! thats kind of extreme...lolI would rather roll naked in poison ivy than have a lilac in my yard.![]()
LOL! I hope it makes it for you, Jen.
